Theodora Assistant is the scheduling and messaging service operated by David Atashroo, a sole proprietor. These terms govern our SMS messaging program.
We send conversational text messages to confirm and follow up on appointments, coordinate scheduling, and answer questions you have raised with us. Messages come from (925) 259-3569.
This program uses no join keyword. The only way to start receiving messages from us is to contact us first: call (925) 259-3569, or send the first text message to (925) 259-3569. We reply only inside that conversation. We never send the first message to a phone number, and we never message anyone who has not contacted us first. We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you are having with us. This is a conversational program, not a recurring broadcast.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive this confirmation: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. You will receive this reply: “Theodora Assistant: reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. For help email davidatashroo@gmail.com or call (925) 259-3569.”
