Theodora Assistant is the scheduling and messaging service operated by David Atashroo, a sole proprietor. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our SMS messaging program.
We collect only what is needed to carry out a conversation you have asked us to have: your name, your phone number, and the content and scheduling details of messages you exchange with us. We collect this information directly from you.
We use your phone number and related details solely to respond to you, confirm and follow up on appointments, coordinate scheduling, and answer questions you have raised with us. We do not use it for any other purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or phone number to anyone, for any purpose.
You are only messaged if you gave us your phone number directly — during a phone call with our scheduling assistant, in person, or in a message thread you started. We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We keep message records only as long as needed for the conversation and for our own recordkeeping, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
